To Download audio files for transcription:
1) Please click (or cut and paste) the following link*:
2) Enter your User Name and Password at the respective prompts
3) [SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU USE Internet Explorer 6.0].
~If you have upgraded to Internet Explorer 7.0, you will need to open a new new window to access the actual ftp page.
~To do this (with the Root Directory page showing), go to your Internet toolbar and click on ‘View’ (or ‘Page’ depending on your service provider).
~Choose “Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer”. This will take you to the username/password prompt again. Simply re-enter the information used in Number 2 above.
3) Drag and drop the audio file to your desktop to begin transcribing (You MUST drag to your desktop! ***DO NOT CUT & PASTE THE AUDIO FILES***)
4) Forward all Final Work Product to: finalworkproduct@CyberDictate.com
