Personalized Telephone Dictation
At CyberDictate, we understand that our clients have individual needs. One alternative we offer in lieu of dictating into a hand-held digital recorder is our Personlized Telephone Dictation service.
How does it work? Call into our designated Toll Free number, enter your Personalized User ID, then simply begin dictating! You have the same familiar capabilities as a hand-held (reverse, fast forward, pause, etc.) in just one phone call. It’s that simple!
Personalized Formatting
Memorandum, Letter, Pleading, Patient Record, Deposition, Etc…. Have a regular format you prefer for your final work product? Simply upload that format and for, we will incorporate our transcription to fit your requirements!

HIPAA Ready Encryption
We, at CyberDictate, recognize that our healthcare professional clientele must preserve patient confidentiality. That’s why we offer the option of 128-Bit Secure Encrypted Transfer protocols, which is the perfect option for you’re your HIPAA-Ready needs! If you opt for this service, we will provide you with software that will provide encryption of the files that are transferred between us. On-the-phone training and troubleshooting is all inclusive in this option!
